Rules

1. Rank is the total of successfully confirmed payments. Higher total wins.
2. First placement is $5. Anyone can add more money later.
3. The same video URL is always the same clip. Duplicates add money; they do not create a second row.
4. If two clips have the same total, the one that reached that total first stays ahead.
5. Client-side “success” does not count. Only a verified payment confirmation changes the total.
6. New clips wait for approval. Rejected or disabled clips are not public.
7. No likes, scores, comments, profiles, or recommendations. Money is the only rank.
